Post Mortem

This was made for A Very Funky JamMas #1 with the theme of "Its Cold Outside". I loved this theme because I always wanted to make a wintry game! I always loved winter and the snow!! I decided to make a survival platformer where you explore the icy cliffs while trying to stay warm. On the 2nd day, I realized I scoped too big with the map of the game. I took some time to think and made a decision to work almost around the clock to have the map the scale of the original idea. I am glad that I pushed through and made it as big as I liked! I also tried a unique art style that I made with a brush in Krita, it looks nice! I was able to finish on time and put out a game that I was proud of! This made me realized that I tend to over-scope on the map in my projects. I was able to use this knowledge in Good Morning Turnip! and spend time polishing everything than making a huge map. This was super fun and I had a great time!
