This was made for Ludum Dare 45 compo which was a 48-hour jam. The theme was " Start With Nothing" and at 1st I struggled to come up with a concept for it, it felt way too open but after persevering I thought what if nothing was something? What mind game is "nothing is chasing you"? I had a momentary flash in my head about the player trapped in a small room and a door slamming open with a huge bang! I based the whole game around that. To also add another mechanic I decided to add a basic puzzle as well.  I not as well versed in music as I like so I relied on sound. Sound is very important in horror so I took my time with it and used audacity and some creativity to turn some knocking on wood into a quiet, creepy wind.  This was super fun and I was so glad I scared some people!
